Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Hollie Pollie LLC within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage.

Eligible damaged or defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error
